Job Summary
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To provide basic nursing care under the direction and supervision of Registered General Nurses.

Duties And Responsibilities
Provides physical support to clients by assisting them with activities of daily living
Maintains cleanliness of the working environment through:
Damp dusting the unit in accordance with the IPC guidelines
Terminal disinfection of the beds, dialysis chairs and all working surfaces after every dialysis session
Washing and disinfection of used urinals and bed pans
Keeping the sluice room clean and presentable at all times
Keeping store rooms clean and orderly at all times

Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications:
5 ‘O’ Level passes at Grade C or better including English Language
Nurse Aide certificate of training from an accredited training facility
