Duties And Responsibilities
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• invoicing customers and complying with the sales order work instruction anti procedures.
• Correct issuance of quotations to customers within agreed turnaround parameters.
• Promotion of good customer service in telesales and accurate order taking.
• Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure future sales.
• Carrying out Order to Cash processes accurately.
• Keeping up with accurate document control procedures of all sales related documents.
• Stock counts as planned by the company.

Qualifications And Experience
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing and or Business Studies
• At least 1 years’ work experience in a similar position in Sales and Marketing
• Must have sound product knowledge, negotiating skills and organizational skills.
• Effective communication, exceptional customer service skills and detail oriented.
• High Computer literacy.
• Clean Class 4 Drivers License is an added advantage.
