A vacancy has arisen within Digital Financial Services Department for a qualified and experienced Merchant Services Manager.
Duties And Responsibilities
Summary
Oversees management of key merchant relationships and spearheads on boarding of new merchants.
Coordinates a team of Account Executives to support merchants across the region.
Planning and developing tactical operational plans for management of Merchant Services products.
Recommends product enhancements, new use cases and pricing initiatives with the aim of influencing increased product usage.
Identifying and strategizing business initiatives to drive growth in deployment of new technologies under the ecommerce and digital payments portfolio.
Supports market research efforts and proposes relevant interventions for Merchant Services & payments.
Managing relationships with other banks, fintechs, vendors, partners and card schemes, and establishing working relationships with new stakeholders.
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports for product performance management and tracking
