Duties and Responsibilities
Ø Identifying potential licensees
Ø Educating licenses on the need for a Music Copyright License.
Ø Calculating the fees payable
Ø Collection of fees and issuing receipts to licensees after they make payments.
Ø Reassessing old portfolios to determine appropriate renewal rates.
Ø Familiarising with the Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Act CAP 26:05
Ø Make use of ICT and read journals, newspapers, reports and identify potential licensees.
Ø Report writing on all issues that deal with licensing.
Ø Representing the Company in all areas when asked to do so by Management.
Ø Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications And Experience
At least 5 O levels including English Language
