Duties And Responsibilities

 

1. Generating and sending purchase orders to suppliers.
   2. Expediting supplier orders.
   3. Assisting in the receiving of consignments.
   4. Ensuring proper handling and safekeeping of consignment stock.
   5. Expediting the dispatch of invoices to customers.
   6. Maintaining files for consignments and all movements.

Qualifications And Experience

 

1. Degree in Purchasing and Supply chain management.
   2. A minimum of 3 years’ working experience in Procurement.
   3. Knowledge of Pastel.
