Duties And Responsibilities
Preparation of Group and Company management accounts and financial statements
Preparing Group and company budgets, Financial analysis, modelling and Board reports
Management of Group Statutory returns
Developing and improving policies, procedures and systems and other business
Management of Risk and Compliance
Establish and maintain appropriate systems of internal controls
Management of Finance Department and promote the generation of positive revenue growth.
Qualifications And Experience
Honours Degree in Accounting, professional course ACCA, CIMA, CIS
MBA is an added advantage
At least 4 years experience
