Arenel (Pvt) Ltd Is looking for a Production Supervisor
Duties And Responsibilities
Monitoring the production process and adjusting program/plan as and when necessary.
Monitoring and setting product standards, implementing, and designing quality control programs.
Implementing and driving continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices.
Ensuring health and safety guidelines are always observed and adhered to.
Ensuring the production team meets business objectives through timely production of quality products.
Coordinate set up and implement standard operating procedures for all production operations as well as managing the adherence to prescribed procedures.
Supervising, motivating, coaching, developing & reviewing performance of subordinates.
Ensuring production processes are run efficiently and cost effectively through resource management (manpower, machinery, material, and methods).
Exceed production targets of by monitoring process efficiency indicators at each stage of production and through decision making initiating corrective action to assure consistent product quality.
Monitoring Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety principles.
Promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors at the plant
Improved team performance by evaluating and verifying employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.
