Job Summary
The incumbent will report to the Corporate Communications Manager and will be responsible for the following among other duties: –
- Carry out research on competitor activities and industry trends, and submit recommendations to senior management.
§ Conduct customer care training in liaison with the Human Resources Division.
§ Carry out quality of service checks in Post Offices e.g. mystery shopping
§ Attend to customer complaints in an efficient and effective manner.
Qualifications and Experience
§ Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
§ Professional Qualifications in Marketing and Sales, or Public Relations e.g. IMM or any other relevant Marketing qualification will be an added advantage.
§ Minimum of 3 years working experience
§ A clean class 4 driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
