Job Summary
Sales executives promote products and services to clients and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximising profits.
We are looking for candidates with a strong zeal to sell.
Duties And Responsibilities
Selling all products for the Group i.e. for both Tile and carpet Centre and CAAPS
• Performing Tele – Sales which is to solicit potential customers to buy products.
• Preparing and issuing invoices to all clients.
• Preparing and issuing quotations and orders to clients.
• Following up with clients on product delivery service quality from tillers, carpet fitters and laminators.
• Maintaining market base through efficient customer-care.
• Ensuring spotless cleanliness of showroom and yard at all times.
• Sending all sales reports and contract quotations to Head Office.
• Ensuring the team is dressed appropriately at all times.
• Attending regular sales, customers care courses so to improve sales techniques.
• Driving the mission, vision and values of the Company
• Attending to any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications And Experience
Business Management degree majoring in Marketing
Marketing Degree
IMM or Sales and Marketing qualification
2 years experience in retail ,experience in hardware or construction finishes is an added advantage.
