Our travel management agency is inviting applications from suitably qualified recent College/University Graduates to join our winning team and fill in the role of Junior Consultant(Call Center) as an INTERN.
Duties And Responsibilities
The incumbent will execute the following but not limited to:
• Providing flight/accomodation quotations for clients.(traning provided)
• Preparing packages for clients.
• Determining client needs.
• Visa Assistance.
• Provide excellent guest service at all stages of booking, demonstrate the key values of Traverze Travel.
Establish relationships with tour operators.
• Researching various destinations to understand:
1. Means of travel,
2. Traveling expense and other additional fees,
3. Customs i.e boarder customs, religious customs etc,
4. Weather Conditions and
5. Customer Reviews
Qualifications And Experience
Applicants should possess:
• A Travel and Tourism Degree or equivalent.
• Relevant experience is an added advantage.
• Sound computer skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent English(written and verbal) .
• Self-motivated & lifelong learner.
