As the Online Marketing Assistant you will execute the following responsibilities but are not limited to:
Content marketing
Email and CRM Marketing and Management
Manage Instagram and the Facebook pages
Competitor analysis
Lead Generation and Follow Up
Monitor SEO performance
Manage Facebook Ad and Messenger bot( Manychat)
Come up with growth hacking strategies
Google ads, Google analytics, and Facebook Pixel
Pixel Setup & Rate Optimization
Dynamic Ads Setup
Social Media Management
Facebook/Instagram Ad Campaigns through the Genesis system
Continuously improve company sales
Requirements
- Quick start and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Proficient with Adobe programs
- Self-motivated
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Extensive experience with social media platforms
- Understanding of social media analytics
- Able to work under pressure

• You’re tech-savvy. Asana. MailChimp. Slack. Shopify. These words aren’t foreign to you. You’re confident in navigating and mastering different project management and communication platforms and are familiar and comfortable in the ever-evolving tech space. Bonus points if you have experience building tech products.
• You’re adaptable and teachable. You are someone who can adapt, think on the fly, and is open to learning and evolving.
