Job Summary
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the position
of a Claims Processor that has arisen at Cell Insurance (Private) Limited in Bulawayo.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the main purpose of the job shall be, but not limited to processing claims and to provide excellent customer service.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Acknowledging and registering new claims.
• Initiating and recovering payments from third parties at fault.
• Keeping records of all motor and non-motor salvage for disposal.
• Carrying out monthly audit trails to ensure that there is proper allocation of re-insurance.
• Ensuring timely processing and settlement of all claims to meet customer expectations
Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Insurance
• A BSc Honours Degree in Insurance and Risk Management will be an added advantage
• 2 ‘A’ Levels.
Experience:
The Ideal Candidate Must:
• Have at least 2 years relevant experience in claims processing in short term insurance.
• Be self-reliant and effective with good communication and presentation skills.
• Have excellent client relationship management and communication.
• Possess good technical knowledge of short-term insurance.
• Have Own accommodation in Bulawayo.
