Duties And Responsibilities

Planning, developing and implementing sales strategies for Pharmaceutical products.
 Developing new business to increase market share.
 Daily visits to pharmacies, industrial clinics, hospitals and medical doctors to negotiate for sales orders.
 Developing pricing strategies as compared to competitor products.
 Ensuring maximum coverage of all clients within one’s portfolio.
 Detailing of pharmaceutical products to Pharmacists and Doctors among medical professionals.
 Gathering market intelligence for strategic decision making.
 Ensuring that daily, weekly, monthly and cumulative sales volume and value targets are met.
 Ensure achievement of monthly and cumulative gross profit targets
 Formulating Sales Budgets, Forecasts, Plans and reports
 Reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Qualifications And Experience

Pharmacy Technician Diploma
Current and Valid Practicing Certificate (OPC) and MCAZ Persons License
Sales and Marketing Qualification is an added advantage
Purchase and Supply Qualification
Clean class 4 Drivers license
Knowledge WHO Good Distribution and Wholesale Practices
Sales and Marketing Experience
Good supervision skills
