We are looking for a safari lodge manager in the Hwange area to join our team in April 2022, the right candidate for this position will be experienced in lodge operations, leadership and management in Zimbabwe; supervising staff, planning, budgets/finance, compliance and insurance, equipment management and maintenance, stock control, guest relations, communications with head office, daily problem-solving.

The right candidate for this position will be a Zimbabwean national with proven leadership and management abilities; must have excellent computer literacy (MS Excel), good written/verbal English, strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and plan.

Must have a strong professional background (min 5 years) in safari/hospitality services and specifically lodge operations.
