Suitable candidates should have the following:
• A Bachelor of Law (LLBS) Degree with a reputable University.
• Master’s degree a distinct advantage.
• Must have extensive knowledge of the Public Entities Corporate Governance Act (PECOGA).
• Experience in drawing, implementing and updating Compliance Manual in fine with the regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to periodically conduct audits and reviews to ensure execution of compliance standards.
• A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience with exposure in the bunking sector is on added advantage.
