An exciting opportunity has arisen for young, ambitious and highly motivated graduates to enroll for the SPAR Retail Operations Graduate Trainee Program. The successful candidates will undergo a robust 18 months graduate learnership program. The ideal candidate must possess the following:
A Degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Retail Management, Business Administration, Purchasing & Supply Chain Management with an Upper Second Class (2.1) or better from a reputable University or College
At least 11 points at A level in 3 subjects
5 ‘O’ Levels including Mathematics and English
Possess excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
Results driven and highly adaptable
Able to demonstrate strong passion & enthusiasm for excellence, innovation, critical thinking,
commercial orientation and problem solving.
