Duties And Responsibilities
– Developing menu.
– Cooking and preparing high quality meals.
– Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes.
– Ordering stock.
– Ensuring kitchen is clean and hygiene procedures are adhered to.
Qualifications And Experience
– Degree, diploma, certificate or equivalent in culinary arts.
– Minimum 1 year experience in food industry.
