SENIOR COOK (6 POSTS)
Duties And Responsibilities
Ordering and collecting stocks from the central stores.
Preparation of meals according to the set menu.
Supervision of all kitchen staff.
Ensuring that all ordered stocks are kept secured.
Ensuring that all the revenue for meals sold is accounted for.
Qualifications And Experience
Applicants should fulfil the below requirements:
Minimum of five ‘O’ Level passes including English.
HEXCO National Diploma in Professional Cookery/Hospitality.
HND in Professional Cookery/Hospitality and Class 1 Trade Test will be an added advantage.
At least 5 years experience in the catering industry.
At least 30-40 years old.
