 Interpretation blue prints, sketches and drawings of building working plans.

 Cutting timber, layout flooring, roofing’s efficiently and effectively and other material according to correct measurements.

 Build scaffolding and other construction structures.

 Capable of working with Limited supervision.

 Glazing of window Panes.

 Inspect and Maintenance of the Estate facilities.

Qualifications And Experience

 Class One skilled joinery worker qualification.

 Ability to interpret working drawing in related field.

 Three years of related experience as a Carpenter in related field.

 Attention to detail.

 Able to produce good workmanship.

 Good interpersonal communication skills.
