Duties And Responsibilities
• Maintaining grounds and surrounding areas of vacant University Houses at Langham
• Cutting trees, grass and cleaning gutters
• General cleaning of houses, mopping floors/windows and walls
• Emptying bins and general yard maintenance
• Reporting of maintenance issues within the houses
• Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications And Experience
Applicants should fulfil the below requirements:
• A minimum of 5 ‘O’ level passes at grade C or better including English Language.
• Should have relevant and extensive knowledge of caretaker, gardening and cleaning duties.
• He/She should have knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards will be an added advantage.
