Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced people to fill the post of ROADS TEAM LEADERS (5 Posts) that has arisen at Masvingo City.
DEPARTMENT: Engineering Services
GRADE: 5
REPORTS TO: Roads Supervisor
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidates must possess the following experience, qualifications and personal attributes:
- At least 5 ‘O’ Levels or 2 ‘O’ Levels with five years hands-on experience in road construction or maintenance
- Knowledge of Bituminous products i.e catmix, stable 60, MC 30 TP7 applications.
- Ability to lead gangs across all roads activities.
- Ability to produce daily reports on work done.
- Strong understanding of storm water drainage system in relation to road maintenance.
- Clean traceable record of good workmanship.
- Driver’s licence will be an added advantage

- Drainage maintenance across the city
- Road maintenance duties
- New construction of city roads
- Installation of road signage
- Leading large gangs in Roads section
- Production of daily report
