JOB DESCRIPTION
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in the vacancy of MUNICIPAL POLICE PRIVATE: GRADE 3 which have arisen within the Council.
Key Job Functions
- Safeguard Council premises and property
- Enforcing Council By-laws
- Traffic control
- Vending control
- Carrying out intensive patrols in Ruwa Local Board area of jurisdiction
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Job Requirements
- 5 ‘O’ Levels including English Language
- At least 2 years working experience in security with a reputable company
- ZRP, ZPCS or Army experience is a distinct advantage
- Able to use firearms and handle dogs
- No criminal record (A current Police clearance must be attached)
