About
Contact Family Counselling Centre is looking for a Child Sexual Abuse Coordinator based in Bulawayo responsible for leadership and management of child sexual abuse services and reporting to the Director.
Duties And Responsibilities
Child Protection with thrust on child sexual abuse; Counselling and client care; Case management; Project and departmental management; Budget and human resources management; Resource mobilisation, partnerships, networking and coordination.
Qualifications And Experience
Diploma or degree in counselling and nursing or social work or psychology; Any other relevant qualification like behavioural science is an added advantage; Registered counsellor or health practitioner; Have no record of violating children’s rights; 5 years of working experience in counselling and / or child protection at management and / or supervisory level; Good in communication and counselling of children and adolescents; Knowledgeable on child rights and protection; Ability to apply systemic counselling approach; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Project and budget management experience; Computer literacy.
