JOB DESCRIPTION
An established shop-fitting/ joinery and furniture firm requires the services of a qualified and experienced individual to fill the following vacancy of Factory Manager at its Bulawayo branch.
The ideal candidate should possess/be:
- A working knowledge of the shop-fitting/joinery industry, including the manufacture of doors and office furniture
- A strong technical, production & administrative background
- Suitably-qualified with at least 2 years experience in a similar position
- Good communication & leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- A strong attention to detail, precision & quality
- Results-oriented, innovative & self-motivated
- Knowledge of sales an added advantage
- At least 35 years of age
