JOB DESCRIPTION
DUTIES
Assisting the Head of Actuarial Services to carry out actuarial valuations for life, funeral and short-term insurance and reinsurance companies as well as providing technical actuarial support to internal and external clients upon request.
Furthermore, carrying out financial reviews and valuations for defined contributions and defined benefit pension schemes.
It extends to risk analysis and reporting, systems design, product design, product pricing, analysis of emerging experience, monitoring, scheme design, and investments advice among others as well as training, guiding and supervising Junior Actuarial Consultant on work related issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate Degree Actuarial Science or Equivalent
- Progress in Actuarial exams (Professional)
- At least 3 years working experience
