Branch Manager (Mashava)

Our client, a retail entity with multiple branches in Zimbabwe is looking to engage Branch Administrators/ Managers for various branches. The incumbents must be mature individuals with previous experience in a retail setup.

Duties And Responsibilities

1. Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the organization’s objectives

2. Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for bank personnel

3. Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans

Qualifications And Experience

Degree in Business Management/ Marketing or equivalent
