Head of Sales and Marketing
ROLE OVERVIEW
- Growing the Company’s brand and Market share
DUTIES
- Developing Marketing Strategies and sales plans for the company’s products
- Developing and implementing pricing strategies
- Ensuring that the Company meets its sales targets
- Managing the Company’s Social Media platforms and advertising campaigns
- Handling customer complaints
- Negotiating key contracts with clients
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales and marketing position
- Experience in the construction / quarry industry an added advantage
