JOB DESCRIPTION
SENIOR SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS MANAGER
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for the distribution, transportation, inventory, and packaging strategies and third party logistics providers. The incumbent will lead the overall direction for logistics and freight strategy overseeing the efficient movement of goods through the company’s logistics pipeline.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- FMCG experience a must
- 7 years experience in at management level
- Hands on experience with SAP
- An analytic mind and good numeracy skills.
- Excellent financial acumen.
- Extensive knowledge of the transportation industry.
