Background

We Effect is a development organisation founded in 1958 by the Cooperative Movement in Sweden. We work in more than 20 countries in Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America, Africa and collaborate mainly with member-based organisations consisting of women and men who live in poverty. We work in the thematic fields of sustainable rural development and adequate housing. We Effect Southern Africa (ROSA) consists of four countries with programmes in Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, and Malawi.

Through the support of We Effect Head office resources have been made available to support the Leadership training and development for Country Representatives and Regional Director in the ROSA region to strengthen leadership management of resources and programmes.

The assignment

The main objective of this procurement is to invite consultancy firms / individual consultants to support and guide the management team through leadership training and development. The objectives of the training is: A significant strengthening of leadership competencies by enhancing self-awareness of leadership/people management style and strengthen (inter) personal management skills. An increased sense of cohesion and cooperation of the Regional Management Team by enhancing effectiveness and uniformity in the regional management. Developing and strengthening transformative and value-driven leadership at all levels in the organisation.
