DENTAL THERAPIST
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB SUMMARY
- Performs dental fillings after diagnosing the need for filling.
- Executes tooth extractions after diagnosing the need for extraction.
- Educates patients on oral hygiene at clinics.
- Supervises the Dental Assistant.
- Advises management on dental issues both preventive and curative.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Dental Therapy.
- Must be registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Zimbabwe.
- Valid Practising Certificate.
- Clean class 4 driver’s licence
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar environment
