Cassava Smartech is looking for a versatile and dynamic Business Intelligence Manager to join it’s IS Technical Services team. The main purpose of the position is to build and maintain a data warehouse that will integrate all data sources, automate key reports whilst building a robust BI solution that would support our phenomenal growth of the organisation.

Duties And Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare strategies for Business Intelligence processes for organization.

• Supervise efficient working of all Business Intelligence projects and analyze requirements and perform appropriate tests on same.

• Perform assessment on all reporting requirements and develop long term strategy for various reporting solutions.

• Establish intuitive reporting methodologies, perform ad-hoc market analysis as required to support strategy and analyse performance.

• Maintain and transform all strategies in operational plans according to business priorities and within budget.

• Coordinate with product developments teams across all business pillars and ensure compliance to all enterprise data model according to data standards.

• Analyse the need for systems and applications in view of Use Cases by defining technical requirements and feasibility of implementation.

• Provide liaison to internal and external stakeholders on all matters relating to reporting, analytics, and Business Intelligence.

• Safeguards the organizations data assets by ensuring data integrity and consummate logical access.

Qualifications And Experience

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• A Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.

• At least 6 years’ experience in a similar or related environment, 3 of which should be in a managerial position.

• Good planning, organization, and coordination skills.

• Extensive knowledge of Fintech and Telecoms development.

• Honesty & integrity is a must.
