The following Vacancy has arisen within the City of Bulawayo:
PRINCIPAL LAND SURVEYOR
Main Responsibilities/ Job Summary
- Carries out title surveys, aerial surveys and mapping.
- Enforces that plans are filed and maintained and regularly updated.
- Investigates and resolves possible disputes over property boundaries.
- Trains Land Surveyors and Land Survey Technicians under his/her control.
- Heads the operations of the section.
Qualifications Requirements
- A recognized University Degree in Land Survey.
- Must be registered with Council of Land Surveyors.
- A clean class 4 drivers’ licence.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar environment.
- Computer literacy will be an added advantage
