JOB DESCRIPTION
A manufacturing company with interests in milling and beverage industry is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join the Sales Team.

Salary: $Negotiable
Location: Bulawayo
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve trade coverage, call frequency and outlet call plan in order to meet sales target.
- Achieve sales objectives of product availability, customer service level, fair trading, stock holding and stock rotation to ensure company achieves the highest levels of trade and customer satisfaction.
- Answer customer questions about specific products
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross sell-products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Inform customers about promotions, discounts and special offers
- Stay-up to date with new products/services
QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree/diploma in Sales/Marketing or related qualification.
- 5 O’ Level passes including English Language and Maths.
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of Pastel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Sound analytical, problem solving, report writing and customer service skills.
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2 years working experience in an FMCG environment.
- 25 years and above.
