Duties And Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Processes and ensures correctness of received invoices and delivery notes.
Carries out materials spot checks
Makes logistical arrangements for distribution and storage of materials
Initiates material orders.
Monitors inter project movement of stock.
Investigates stock discrepancies.
Assist Stores Clerk in updating bin cards.
Any other dunes assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications And Experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
5 O Levels including Mathematics, Science and English.
At least one year experience.
Certificate in Stores Management or Warehouse Management.
Good communication skills.
