A dynamic and growing company involved in the distribution of livestock feed raw materials, additives and pharmaceuticals seeks the services of an energetic and well rounded Sales and Marketing Individual to join its growing team. The incumbent will develop and implement an agreed upon marketing plan meeting the company’s expansion and growing customer base strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate expertise of technical selling skills and product knowledge with ability to make effective presentations of the company’s products and services.
• Develop qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling, email and networking. Ability to convert leads into sales.
• Actively manage existing and new client relationships.
• Posses a well rounded understanding of relevant industry drivers and appreciation of the livestock feed industry.
• Assist in the collection of Accounts Receivables through tracking and identification of potential risks.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Marketing with at least 3 years relevant working experience.
• Basic understanding of livestock feed business, customer and market dynamics through experience or education.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Clean Class 4 driving licence.
