Duties And Responsibilities
The role – what we expect from you:
• Conduct operational checks and controls in line with current policies and procedures.
• Action reports timely and ensure authorized entries go through accounts.
• Implement an effective and efficient Record Management System for the branch.
• Oversee proper maintenance of the Branch’s fixed assets.
• Grow the branch’s deposit portfolio.
• Reduce costs and expenses within the branch.
• Cross sell Bank products.
• Coordinate the Customer Complaint Management Programme.
• Monitor all suspense accounts.
Qualifications, Skills and experience required:
• A Degree in Banking and Finance, Marketing, Retail Management or similar from a recognized and reputable tertiary institution.
• Possession of IOBZ is an added advantage.
• At least 10 years’ banking experience with at least 5 years in a similar role.
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the financial services sector.
• Possess good computer skills.
• Should be familiar and fairly experienced with Flexcube or Flexbranch banking systems.
