JOB DESCRIPTION
The company seeks to appoint a senior person to work closely with the CEO. This is a newly created position.
A Master’s Degree in Marketing with experience from the services sector or a Master’s degree in a Commercial or Civil/Structural Engineering supported by suitable experience would de a distinct advantage. Experience at senior management level for a business operating in a dynamic and highly competitive environment, preferably in the construction/building and /or infrastructure or services sector.
Well-rounded knowledge of the marketing, not only being skilled in a single discipline of marketing but portraying a deep understanding of marketing strategies, sales and business development, product and service management.
Responsible for;
- supporting the growth of the company by enhancing customer experience and building and executing a brand management strategy to increase visibility and drive business across all product domains and related entities.
- Leading the Marketing and Sales team
- Strategy formulation for the department and collaborating with various units in the generation of the company strategic plan.
- Managing the company’s brand equity.
- Sales and Business Development
- Marketing Communication
- Public Relations and Corporate Communication social media and aligned products
