Duties And Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager the main areas of responsibility are:

 Agricultural Underwriting

 Business Development

 Developing agriculture insurance products

 Surveys and risk management

 Customer acquisition and retention

Qualifications And Experience

 BSC Honours Degree in Agriculture plus

 Diploma in Insurance

Ideal Candidate must:

 Have a minimum of 2 years working experience with exposure to farming/ agricultural

(livestock and crops) management

 Have exposure to underwriting and claims environment in short term insurance, as an added advantage.

 Be a team player and problem solver

 Have proven business development skills with good communication and presentation skills
