An emerging elite organisation in the Healthcare Service Industry is seeking to recruit highly qualified individuals to join our team. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Digital Marketing Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Researches and provides input into the development and review of digital media policies and procedures in line with best practices
• Monitors web statistics and provides regular reports of marketing campaigns as necessary to enhance brand competitiveness;
• Coordinates business digital media content creators
• Ensures that members and service provider complaints/concerns on social media platforms are handled in a professional manner,
• Monitors and moderates social media comments from members and service providers;
• Produces advertising material which meets business quality standards, brand and policy guidelines;
• Comments on the business position on social media sites as quided by applicable policies;
• Participates in the evaluation of ICT systems to help im prove business digital media efficiencies;
• Assists with administration of effective plans and approaches to increase the business product awareness and brand on social media;
• Initiates and recommends social media communication activities which projects a positive image for the business;
• Performs any other relevant duties as may be assigned. |

Person Specifications:-

• 5 0′ Level passes including English and Mathematics
• Degree in Marketing, Communication or Media Studies;
• Knowledge of relevant ICT applications;
• At least 3 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing environment;
• Highly computer literate
• A quality oriented attitude and ability to operate independently.
