JOB DESCRIPTION
Pearlville Land Developers is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Personnel (Class 1 Builder) who are capable of collaborating with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals. The successful incumbents should be able to follow building plans and blueprints. These positions reports to the Project Manager
Applicants should have the following qualifications and experience:
- At least 5 “O” Levels passes
- A Class 1 qualification in Building
- At least 3 years working experience as a Builder
Major Responsibilities:
- Ability to lead construction of cluster housing.
- Ability to interpret designs
- Advice the organization on programs of work
- Advice the organization on legislation in construction
- Implement projects while being cost efficient and cost effective
- Work under minimum supervision
- Flexible to travel to our various sites
- Reports to the project manager
