JOB DESCRIPTION

Pearlville Land Developers is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Personnel (Class 1 Plumber) who are capable of collaborating with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals. The successful incumbents should be able to follow building plans and blueprints. These positions reports to the Project Manager

Applicants should have the following qualifications and experience:

• At least 5 “O” Levels
• At least a Class 1 qualification in Plumbing
• At least 2 years working experience as a Plumber

Major Responsibilities:

• Should have the ability to interpret water designs by Engineer
• Design water layout design (ability to use AutoCAD added advantage)
• Spearhead plumping projects for housing and residential projects
• Advice the organization on program of works and be able to travel to our various sites
• Advice the organization on legislation related to plumping
• Ability to communicate with supervisors and staff
• Should be able to write reports and create BoQ
• Should have good communication skills
