The candidate will collaborate with our developers to create and modify computer applications software or specialized utility programs to meet the needs of our business operations. The ideal candidate is a divergent thinker who understands industry best practices and has experience with multiple coding languages and an impressive portfolio of past work.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Developing/building IT solutions to meet business requirements.

• Creating and sharing development estimates and operational requirements to enable accurate planning with realistic timelines.

• Modify software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.

• Facilitates user acceptance testing and deploys applications to production environment.

• Identifies any risks and offer strategies for risk mitigation.

• Identifies any specific designs and workflows for the development, including what tools and software will be used to create the software application.

• Integrate software components and third-party programs to meet specifications.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

• Gather and evaluate user feedback and make adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications And Experience

• Degree/HND in Information Technology, Computer Science or Software Engineering or HND or equivalent.

• Extensive experience with Java, PHP, C++, .Net, React or Angular, and other programming languages.

• Extensive experience with SQL or Oracle databases.

• Must be a full-stack developer and understand concepts of software engineering.

• Familiarity with UI toolkits and frameworks.

• A logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving.
