Our school is a Private Christian co-educational institution in BLUFFHILL, Harare. Zimbabwe. It was founded in 2011 and opened its doors to students of all class levels in the same year. Divaris Makaharis prepares pupils and students for the Real world. Divaris Makaharia has again maintained its perfect score of 100 per cent pass rate. This is an achievement, unrivalled by its peers in Zimbabwe. Zimsec pass rate of 100 per cent, easily outshines the average pass rate in the country.

The Trust is looking to appoint a Headmaster to:
- Provide strong and decisive leadership which enables all staff to flourish in an environment of support and encouragement.
- Plan strategically to deliver a vision which leads to the highest standards and outcomes for all pupils.
- Continue to develop the capacity of all leaders and hold them to account for securing the highest standards.
- Developed skills in inspiring, leading, and guiding people.
- An awareness of the central role wellbeing plays in enabling people to reach their highest potential.
- The ability to communicate sensitively and confidently with staff, students, and parents.
- A commitment to the ethos of an independent school.
- Experience in a leadership position within a Senior School and be an outstanding Teacher.
- Managing student behaviour matters in a timely and effective manner.
Currently a Head teacher or an outstanding Deputy with substantial experience of school leadership gained in a High school, you are an inspirational leader with a strong commitment to high standards in all aspects of school and community life. You combine a vision and energy for children’s education with the focus and drive needed for whole school management. You have the ambition and dynamism to continually raise the bar and set demanding new challenges as well as the inspirational communication and leadership skills to elicit the commitment of staff, students and the community as a whole.
