Responsibilities:
- Develop team’s budgets and sales strategy.
- Recruitment of sales team
- Sales force induction, development and motivation.
- Monitor and evaluate Sales team performance.
- Participate in product development
- Reporting for management information.
- Market development and Client Relationship Management
- Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates must be holders of a degree in Marketing or Risk and Insurance or Marketing
- Diploma plus proven 2 years Assurance selling experience with traceable record.
- An Insurance COP Clean class four (4) driver’s and own car (not a must though)
