A Fastener manufacturing company requires the services of qualified and experienced persons for the following position:

SALES & MARKETING MANAGER – BULAWAYO BASED

Key Duties

•  Meeting set sales monthly targets.
• Prospecting for new business and expanding on existing business.
•  Ensure that efficient and appropriate customer service standards are maintained.

Qualifications:

• Sales & Marketing Degree/IMM or equivalent from a recognised institution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience at managerial level and exposure in sales of bolts, nuts, nails, mining roof bolts, engineering spares and related products.
•  Honest and reliable with good moral values and behaviour.
•  Knowledge of the following market segments: Mining, Hard-wares, construction, transport (Rail Infrastructure) and general engineering industry.
•  A wide knowledge of local & regional markets.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve resuIts.
• Strong interpersonal relations and communication skills with ability to lead & motivate the sales team towards set targets.
•  Clean class 4 driver’s licence
• Knowledge of pastel will be an added advantage.
