Our client which is a Zimbabwean consulting company wishing to grow its business and expand its presence is looking for a motivated marketing officer to drive its marketing efforts.

The person will be responsible for:

• Developing and overseeing the implementation of a marketing strategy
• Conducting research and establishing relationships with existing and potential clients and other stakeholders.
• Managing rosters of clients and service providers
• Ensuring sales targets are met and reporting on performance
• Managing all social media platforms and company website and looking at data analytics
• Overseeing digital marketing campaigns
• Coordinating internal marketing and organizational culture

The preferred candidate should:

• Have great communication and networking skills
• Be familiar with digital and online marketing
• Have a relevant marketing qualification
• Have at least 2 years relevant experience and proven results
• Be adaptable and creative
• Be familiar with the development sector
