The Business Units consists of Printing Press, Mabhuku Bookshop, Grocery Shop, Farms & Butcheries.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of operating or managing a profit center (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Undoubted ability to advise Board on business plans and implement strategy
- Hands on with top analytical mind to assist in business projections
- Managerial experience in financial management and accounting and reporting
- Thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker
- Strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand, develop and grow local and other retail markets is imperative
Qualifications
- First degree in Commerce e.g. Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Studies, Marketing, Agricultural Economics or relevant degree
- 10 years experience in commerce and industry, 5 of which must be at managerial level.
