for a Boarding Master and Matron to join the team.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidates should have an education related
Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution, with
2-5 year experience as a boarding master or
matron at a private school
The Ideal candidate should have the following key skills;
– A warm and sympathetic personality.
– Tact and good listening skills.
– The ability to deal with emergencies calmly
– Excellent communication and ‘people’ skills.
-The ability to work in a team.
– Patience and a sense of humour
– Problem solving skills
Ability to monitor potential health or development problems in children
– Behavioural analysis
