Position:
TN Gold Arcturus Mine (PVT) LTD is looking for a dynamic, driven and creative Stores Clerk to join the team! The incumbent will be stationed at Arcturus mine.
Duties And Responsibilities
Job Description
• Receive goods into the warehouse and update the stocks register
• Checking that orders are complete
• Noting of goods upon receipt and checking for any damages or anomalies
• Dispatch goods from the warehouse and update the stocks register
• Maintaining the records of all goods received and goods dispatched
• Maintaining the goods in an orderly manner
• Store goods in the appropriate storage area
• Putting labels on goods and on shelves
• Maintaining records of inventory levels
• Undertaking reconciliations of the stocks on a regular basis
• Custodian of the keys to the warehouse and ensuring the warehouse is secure at all times
• Maintaining the warehouse and keeping it in good order
