The Zimbabwe National Water Authority (ZINWA) is inviting applications from suitably qualified, mature, honest, and substantially experienced persons for appointment to the challenging positions below which has arisen in the Organization.

STORES OFFICER

The successful applicants will be based at Save Catchment in Mutare, Runde Catchment in Masvingo, Gwayi Catchment in Bulawayo, Sanyati Catchment in Gweru and Harare. They shall be reporting to the Stores Controller.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversees stock management.
2. Collect orders for stocking and distribution.
3. Manage purchasing orders for incoming equipment, services, and supplies.
4. Ensure supplied stocks meet demand.
5. Prevent overstocking and ordering.
6. Compile reports on inventory and supply balances.
7. Oversees regular stock taking.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

1. Must possess a Diploma in Stock Management, or Procurement and Supply Management.
2. A minimum of five years post qualification experience
3. Computer literacy is a must.
4. Must have analytical, problem solving and coordinating skills.
